4 Character: Colourless or white monocline crystal granule. Easily deliquescence, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. PH 8.8-9.2 in 1% aqueous solution.
5 Uses: In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, stabilizer emulsifier.
6 Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
