4Character: White odorless deliquescence crystal or granule , relative density 2.564, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol,PH11.5 in 1% aqueous solution.
5Uses: In food processing industry, it is used as emulsifier , enhance the potassium, as flavor regulator, buffer chelate agent, stabilizer emulsifier and minced meat.
6Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
7 Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
